We bought a 3 BHK in VGK Sai Hardik. The build quality is very good and the team is doing great work – ethical and professional. Right from the time of booking, the team has been professional, helpful with a personal touch in their dealings. Mr. Karthik is a very nice person and fulfilled all commitments made while booking of flat. Mr. Javid is a true expert in the field and provided each and every document needed for the registration. Mr Venkatesan, the site engineer is a superb guy, knowledgeable so polite and helpful. He did a great job in ensuring all the works are done with quality – electrical connections, plumbing works, etc. All the works were done in a professional manner till the hand over of the flat. Overall they are very good people and the team is very much reliable.
